If you do not wish to make use of our delivery service we offer a collection service as an alternative. This option is only available in the Western Cape area and products may be collected at the Cape Exotic Animal Hospital at 10 De Villiers Drive, Valmary Park, Durbanville, 7550.
Unusual Pets delivers door-to-door through Fastway Couriers. Deliveries are made to street addresses and no deliveries will be made to PO Box addresses. All deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday (8AM -5PM).
If the incorrect product is delivered to the consumer by Unusual Pets by mistake (i.e. not the product ordered and purchased), the product must not be opened or used and must be kept in its original condition and packaging. Please contact Unusual Pets within 48 hours at to notify us of this mistake so that we may resolve it in a timely manner.
